When is SGS Open?
We are a 24/7 facility for all Members. Each member can book sessions via the website or the custom SGS app that allows access. Simple, easy and accessible.
Can I bring a friend?
Yes, guest are free! All of our Membership levels come with full guest privaleges - unlike your home course, no guest fees! Please note that Members are responsible for their guests conduct while using our facilities and are liable for any damage caused directly by the Member or their guests. SGS also expects each Member to add their guests to the booking. Waivers can be available for any guests to sign upon entering the facility. If Guests are to attend, they must be accompanied by the Member at all times.
When Can I Book a Session?
Members can access the application and book a round 24/7. The days that a Member can book in advance depends upon their membership level.
How Many Sessions Can Be Booked at One Time?
Members are allowed to book varying amounts of 1-hour sesions contingent upon their Membership level. For example, if your Membership allows for up to 4 hours, you can book 4 consecutive hours on a single bay, two bays for two hours or use those hours across several days.
How Many Memberships Does SGS Allow?
Our flagship locations will be capped at 100 Members. SGS has explored several franchise models, talked to consultants and realized that capping at 35 members per bay is the industry standard to ensure maximum availability for Membership. SGS will be less than 35 (33 per Bay) and will actively monitor real-time usage to determine if this number needs to revised for the Member's benefit.
What If the Membership Is Full?
If SGS is capped at the aforementioned 100 members, please join the waitlist and SGS Leadership will keep you aware of updates, availability and track the waitlist. Individuals on the waitlist will be given ample notice as Membership spots become available so they have time to make a decision on joining.
Is There an Age Requirement at SGS?
Members must be 18 years of age. There is no minimum age for guests of the Member yet it is required that anyone under the age of 18 is accompanied by the Member at all times.
